Our Deal Advisory (DA) practice is serving our international/regional clients in M&A deals whether Buy-side or sell-side deals. We offer a full fledge of advisory services including but not limited to due diligence, carve-out, pro-forma financials, etc. Our DA team was involved in all land mark deals in Egypt in the last four years. Be a member of financial due diligence engagements across diverse sectors and type of transactions, your responsibilities includes but not limited to: - Perform financial analysis for the historical financial statements. - Identify and propose financial adjustments. - Perform an audit procedures when required. - Report all your findings and analysis in English.
