**職位概述**
操作和維護清潔設備和工具，包括洗碗機、洗手站、鍋洗站和垃圾壓縮機。清洗和消毒廚房區、儲物間、桌子、工具、刀具和器具。接收貨品交付，妥善儲存易腐物品，並更換庫存貨品。確保乾淨的貨品存放在適當的區域。使用清潔劑、沖洗和消毒化學品，在三槽式洗滌槽中清洗餐具。檢查、拉出並堆放清潔過的物品；把弄髒的物品送回並重新擦洗。將所有擱置的物品架起並用熱水噴灑，以軟化並除去食物殘留。分類、浸泡和清洗/重新清洗銀器。拆卸弄髒的匯流管。清空並維護垃圾箱和垃圾箱區域。清理並拖洗指定部門的所有區域。在適當的容器中處置玻璃器皿。拆開紙箱並將它們和其他可回收物品放入回收站。
