- Description
- Design, Manufacture of complex Mechanical components/ sub-systems
- Perform technical reviews
- Provide technical Support to junior engineers
- 1- Designs parts, components and assemblies to meet requirements of assigned projects.- 2- Creates CAD/CAM models, including part and assembly drawings, Bill of Materials (BOMs) to support manufacturing, testing and assembly, and support components to assist with assembly.- 3- Supports product sourcing, purchasing and selection as required by the design process.- Confirms system and product capabilities by designing feasibility and testing methods and properties. - Develops manufacturing processes by designing and modifying equipment for fabricating, building, assembling and installing components.- 4- Present work progress continuously through active participation of daily & weekly project meetings (Internal and external with other Valeo sites)- 5-Assures system and product quality by designing testing methods, testing finished product and system capabilities, and confirming fabrication, assembly and installation processes.- 6- Support and coach the team members proactively in their daily on-job tasks.- 7- Develop the work breakdown structure and contribute in the estimation of the different project’s activities.- 8- Develop and conduct technical training on the team and site level.- 9- Contribute effectively in the improvement of standard process, guidelines, checklists, and tools.- 10- Provides technical and engineering support for day-to-day processing, product development and process improvements.- 11- Perform the responsibilities of the previous technical level as per the projects need.- Qualifications
- B.Sc. in Mechanical Design, Mechatronics.
- From 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
