ملخص العمل:
سيقوم مندوب المبيعات الخارجية ببيع المنتجات والخدمات التي تقدمها الشركة للعملاء الحاليين والجدد

الواجبات / المسؤوليات:
ينشئ ويحافظ على شبكة من المصادر يمكن من خلالها تحديد عملاء المبيعات الجدد.
يتواصل مع العملاء ويؤدي إلى تحديد وفهم احتياجات منتجاتهم أو خدماتهم ؛ يحدد ويقترح المنتجات والخدمات لتلبية تلك الاحتياجات.
يوضح وظائف وفوائد المنتجات أو الخدمات للعملاء بناءً على احتياجاتهم.
يضمن رضا العملاء من خلال التواصل المستمر وإدارة العلاقات ؛ يحل أي مشاكل قد تنشأ بعد البيع.
يحافظ على التواصل مع العملاء الحاليين والسابقين ، وتنبيههم بالمنتجات والخدمات والتحسينات الجديدة التي قد تكون ذات أهمية.
يحتفظ بتقارير مفصلة عن أنشطة المبيعات بما في ذلك المكالمات والأوامر وأي مشاكل تتعلق بالعميل أو البائع.
يوفر توقعات مبيعات المنطقة بشكل دوري.
يؤدي واجبات أخرى حسب مقترح الإدارة.

المهارات / القدرات المطلوبة: مهارات ممتازة في التعامل مع الآخرين وخدمة العملاء.
مهارات ممتازة في البيع والتفاوض.
مهارات تنظيمية ممتازة والاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
مهارة قوية في التحليل وحل المشاكل.
القدرة على العمل بشكل جيد في بيئة عالية الوتيرة وفي بعض الأحيان مجهدة.
يتقن استخدام Microsoft Office Suite أو البرامج ذات الصلة.

التعليم و الخبرة:
درجة البكالوريوس في التسويق أو إدارة الأعمال أو أي مجال ذي صلة أو
مطلوب ما لا يقل عن 1-4 سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة.

الراتب
اساسي 4000 + بدل انتقالات + عمولة على المبيعات تصل الى 12500
+ خط موبايل
عقد سنوى
