**About this opportunity**

**What you will do**

Supervise the installation and configuration of customer infrastructure, organize monitoring, optimization, and tuning of the installed infrastructure and all operation and maintenance activities.
- Operation and maintenance for all dynamic activation services, including multiple Operating systems, database types.
- Investigate, analyze and troubleshooting any case provided by Customer.
- Develop codes and interfaces based on system specifications.
- Design, clarify, and implement test cases including health check on the EDA nodes and acceptance of new services.
- Provide Service Assurance support, working as a primary point of contact for L1 team, handling, and restoring normal service operations.
- Developing scripts for monitoring business process KPIs and data quality.
- Implementing actions and planned activities in the Maintenance window, fixing, and solving EDA problems.
- Handling urgent cases out of business hours (on-call hours).
- Create and analyze KPIs and related thresholds for all EDA services.
- Create necessary scripts for monitoring or reporting on any EDA node.
- Provide Knowledge Share for Customer, as well as other teams cross Mobile domains in Ericsson.

**You will bring**
- Years of experience: 2-3 years.
- Graduate of engineering university [IT/Telecommunication] sector.
- Experience on Ericsson Multi Activation equipment.
- Familiar with CAI3G requests & SOAP-UI.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Good command of English language.
- Customer Relationship Management skills.
- Can work in shift bases, and ability to learn.
