**Overview of the role**:
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations to ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods. Team Management:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Adopt a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and high performance.
- Delegate tasks effectively, set clear expectations, and provide regular feedback to ensure productivity and accountability.
Inventory Management:
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures to optimize stock levels, minimize carrying costs, and prevent stockouts or overages.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with purchasing and procurement teams to ensure timely replenishment of inventory and maintain accurate records of stock movements.
- Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to maximize efficiency and minimize transportation costs.
- Oversee the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and proper handling procedures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to optimize the delivery schedules and track inventory in real-time.
Warehouse Operations:
- Develop and implement best practices for warehouse layout, organization, and workflow to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment, adhering to health and safety standards and regulations.
- Monitor equipment maintenance and repair needs, and coordinate with maintenance staff to address issues promptly.
- Ensure efficient optimization of warehouse space in bin levels and bulk areas.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory accuracy, stacking, and on-time delivery, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Generate regular reports on warehouse activities, performance metrics, and inventory levels for management review.
- Analyze data trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain the integrity of stored goods and minimize product damage or loss.
- Conduct periodic safety training sessions and inspections to promote a culture of safety awareness among warehouse staff.

- Computer Literacy and especially in MS office.
- Writing skills and conversational ability in English
- Familiar with warehouse best practices and policies and procedures implementation.
- Very good experience in warehouse management and **SAP or Equivalent ERP**
