- Assess learning gaps and training needs across departments.
- Analyze performance data and feedback to shape learning strategies.
- Create and design effective training programs, including workshops, e-learning, and seminars.
- Lead training sessions using varied instructional methods.
- Customize sessions to suit diverse learning styles.
- Implement and manage learning technologies and platforms.
- Oversee the LMS to track progress and engagement.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
- Use insights to improve learning programs continuously.
- Guide employees on professional growth opportunities and external training.
- Promote a culture of ongoing learning and skill development.
- Ensure training programs adhere to regulations and policies.
- Maintain records of training activities and certifications.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and training facilitation.
- Proven Experience in Coaching & mentorship based projects is a plus
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), e-learning authoring tools, and multimedia technologies.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and training evaluation methodologies.
- Certification in training and development & Coaching
