**Description**
An HR Administration Specialist is a certified professional who handles the daily administrative and HR duties of an organization. They assist HR managers with record maintenance and HR processing and provide clerical support to all employees. An important part of the role will be to act as the liaison between HR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions. They also assist in creating policies, processes and documents
**Main responsibilities**
- Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
- Assist with diverse HR processes
- Support in the onboarding and offboarding processes
- Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation
- Assist with performance management procedures
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
- Support process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.)
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
**Competencies and professional background**
**Educational Background**
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education in HR, Psychology, Labor Relations and/or other HR related training
- Professional degrees/certifications related to Talent Development/Management, Workforce Development/Planning, Leadership Development, and/or Organizational Development, and/or equivalent experience/training.
**Technical Skills**
- Very high German and English level (min B2/C2)
- Basic knowledge of labor laws
- 2-3 years of HR experiences ideally including talent management and performance
- Experience in collecting, analyzing and maintaining data gathered to support targeted leadership development (e.g., succession planning).
- Microsoft Office with main focus on Word, Excel and PowerPoint; IT affinity (e.g., HR information systems)

Pay: From E£25.00 per month
