**Overview of the role**
The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and developing of the overall operation of the housekeeping department to a high standard of cleanliness, observing all guidelines regarding infection control and local standards while assuring the highest degree of quality Clients and Clients care is maintained at all times. Responsible for staffing, scheduling, training, and developing all staff.
**What you will do**
- Manage the daily activities of the housekeeping department to include appropriate cleaning of all Business Parks, Residential Compounds, Health Clubs, public areas, and offices.
- Planning, organizing, and directing team members to ensure the highest degree of Client satisfaction and high standards of cleanliness across CFC.
- To monitor, check, and maintain standards of cleanliness within all areas of CFC daily.
- To adhere to all meetings such as health and safety, infection prevention and control, and monthly team meetings.
- Manage the housekeeping budget, and control the holidays, and staff schedule.
- Maintain a cost control system for supplies, tools, equipment, and consumables for efficient operation of the Cairo Festival City.
- To monitor and maintain good working relations with customer service and Tenants for general cleaning orders and waste management, public areas cleaning, and streets & business parks for deep cleaning.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and conduct.
- Ensures the proper maintenance of all equipment and makes arrangements for repair and/or replacement of used and damaged equipment with service providers.
- To review and update the self-check cleaning sheets and undertake all quality audits.

The City Management team is a group of highly motivated, collaborative, and fun professionals across Egypt, looking for a member to add to the department.
**What equips you for the role**
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- 10 - 12 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Applications.
- Team management skills.
- Exposure to vendors' tendering and contract management is a plus.
