**Role purpose**:
The Programme Management Office is the information hub for projects and programmes within the Portfolio of products and services provided by VBTS to its customers. It involves tracking/reporting, assurance/quality control, information management, risk/issue tracking, and change control, support and knowledge management/learning from experience. The role supports all Programme and Project managers in VBTS (Vodafone Business Technology Solutions) to create an excellent customer experience during the all project delivery journey. The Project Coordinator can deliver a small work packages with coordination from project or programme managers The Programme Management Office will add value through the knowledge, skills and experience of its staff.

**Key accountabilities and Decision Ownership**:

- Develop the overall framework and standardize the delivery methodology within the delivery.
- To provide governance and consistency around people (skills & knowledge), processes and technology between VBTS verticals utilizing portfolio, program and project management practices.
- To improve the reporting framework(s) in projects, programs and portfolios across the multiple segments
- Reporting: Internal Stakeholder and External Stakeholders Automated Reports
- Improve project’s related reporting, communication and decision-making: drive a standard set of reports for the portfolio of projects
- Able to deliver small work packages as per assuagement from Project/Programme managers
- Ensure the capture for the lesson learned after each project phase.
- Play a key role in Implementation and acceptance for the project.

**Core competencies, knowledge and experience**:
**_ 1. Reporting_**
- Ability to use reporting tools (Microsoft, MS Project, Excel, and SharePoint).

**_ 2. Governance:_**
- Ensure project delivery is adhering to organization governance

**Budget owned**:

- No Budget owned by the Project Coordinator.
- Preparing monthly financial reports for the programme or project manager and for the inclusion to status reports.
- Administer budget allocations and estimate future spend for the project or programme

**Must have professional qualifications**:

- PRINCE2 foundation OR any relevant certificate in project management is a plus.
- Microsoft Office Skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, MS Projects, Visio).
- Ability to interact and work with an international and distributed virtual team.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to work in a customer focused environment.
