**Role Overview**

As Provider Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the relevant documents and contracts are updated accordingly on the correct systems.

**What you’ll do**
- Ensure all documents and contracts are up to date in the systems (i.e. Shared Folder and Shared Point) on a yearly basis
- Ensure the network list is updated monthly and shared with the concerned departments
- Update all providers on Facility Finder and SWAN
- Manage the reconciliation reports of the providers and liaising with the concerned internal departments and Network Managers
- Provide and maintain ProviderWorld accounts for network providers.
- Handle complaints received from client managers/ members/ Customer Services team/ Provider Mailbox and coordinate internally with stakeholders and Network Managers for resolutions and update the complaints tracker.

**What you’ll bring**
- Background in the global/ local health insurance market, or relevant transferable skills and knowledge from other financial services industries such as Life Insurance, Retail, hospital or clinic, Commercial or Investment Banking and Wealth Management.
- A Bachelors degree is required for this role, particularly a Bachelor of Science or within finance
- Previous experience of a complex and multi skilled customer facing roles within a contact centre setting A track record of achieving and exceeding productivity and quality targets
- Highly customer focussed
- Ability to speak English and Arabic languages is a must.
- Advanced knowledge with MS offices particularly Microsoft Excel
