One of the leading companies in agriculture is seeking a skilled and motivated Data Analyst to support their data-driven initiatives and contribute to informed business decisions. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in collecting, processing, and analyzing data to extract meaningful insights that drive strategy and improve performance. You will collaborate with various teams to translate data findings into actionable recommendations and support strategic planning through comprehensive reporting and data visualization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Use statistical techniques to interpret and analyze complex datasets.
- Prepare presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to management and teams.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by validating data sources and cleaning datasets.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.

- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong knowledge of data analytics tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Solid understanding of statistical methods and techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
- Good communication skills to present findings and recommendations effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlines.
