**Project Coordinator - Remote**
The Project Coordinator plays a key role within our IT team, responsible for organizing and coordinating project activities. This position requires a foundational understanding of Scrum methodologies and Agile practices to effectively support project teams in delivering high-quality IT solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Project Coordination:
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of project timelines and milestones.
- Coordinate meetings, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
- Maintain project documentation, such as project plans, Gantt charts, and progress reports.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives).
- Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog and prioritizing tasks.
- Help the team maintain focus on current sprint tasks and objectives.
- Identify and remove impediments to team progress.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Serve as a liaison between the technical team and stakeholders.
- Ensure clear communication of project status, issues, and successes.
- Collaborate with other departments to align project objectives with overall company strategy.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time.
- Assist in the development of test plans and coordinate testing activities.
Continuous Improvement:
- Encourage a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Facilitate the adoption of Agile best practices and methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Basic experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Pay: From E£12,000.00 per month
