**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain GIS databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Perform spatial analysis and create detailed maps and visualizations using ArcGIS and QGIS.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to identify spatial data needs and provide technical expertise.
- Conduct data quality assessments and troubleshoot GIS-related issues.
- Generate and present reports, findings, and recommendations based on spatial data analysis.
- Stay current with GIS technology trends and best practices to continuously improve processes and tools.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Geographic Information Systems, Geography, Computer Science, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience with ArcGIS and QGIS.
- Proficiency in spatial data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
- Strong knowledge of GIS data formats, projections, and coordinate systems.
- Experience with GIS programming and scripting (e.g., Python, SQL) is desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
