**Role Purpose**:
Leading the Digital transformation across all industries, by being the digital partner of choice for Vodafone digital platforms portfolio. This role is responsible for moving Vodafone from a traditional voice and data service provider to techco; providing more comprehensive end-to-end software solutions and additional value to Vodafone customers.
**Role Profile**:
- Driving sales Revenue growth of Vodafone software marketplace “AppHub” to new and existing customers across all channels.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Maintain a robust pipeline with Sales teams to identify bottlenecks and ensure continuous growth.
- Customer Engagement:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships customers.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with our partners and internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
- Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitors’ activities to identify new opportunities and drive continuous improvement. Core competencies, knowledge, and experience:
- Proficient in tech solutions sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them to non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
**Qualifications**:

Must have technical/professional qualifications:

- At least 4 years of experience in Sales.
- Strong understanding of Vodafone portfolio, connectivity, infrastructure and integrated solutions as well as multi-discipline complex sales.
- Excellent communication skills relationship building and C-level Engagement.
