Revisar las cifras, las publicaciones y los documentos para obtener una entrada correcta, precisión matemática y códigos apropiados. Organizar, recopilar, asegurar y mantener todo el efectivo y equivalentes de efectivo de acuerdo con las políticas y procedimientos. Registrar, almacenar, accesar y/o analizar la información financiera computarizada. Auditar los bancos internos periódicamente de acuerdo con los SOP. Mantener, distribuir y registrar bancos de caja pequeña y caja. Recoger y verificar el efectivo y los equivalentes de efectivo, y preparar el papeleo para el depósito bancario según los tiempos prescritos. Documentar, preparar y distribuir informes a los Directores de departamento. Preparar boletos para funciones de banquetes en efectivo y chequear máquinas de ficha del hotel. Proporcionar dinero en efectivo a los huéspedes y realizar intercambios de divisas de acuerdo con las políticas y procedimientos. Documentar, mantener, comunicar y actuar sobre todas las desviaciones en efectivo de acuerdo con los SOP. Actuar como enlace entre la propiedad y el servicio de vehículos blindados o la institución bancaria primaria. Participar en los procesos de auditoría interna y regulatoria y asegurar el cumplimiento con los SOP.

Educación: Título de estudios secundarios o certificado equivalente de un programa de Desarrollo de Educación General

(General Educational Development, GED).

Experiência laboral afín: Al menos 1 año de experiência laboral afín.

Experiência como supervisor: No se requiere experiência como supervisor.
