**About this opportunity**

You will be responsible for requesting and verifying NW changes with using customer CM tool and help for implementation if required and also doing acceptance for new sites done by projects and reflecting the result in the customer Tool BPM.

**What you will do**
- Requesting and verifying NW changes by using customer CM tool
- Acceptance for new sites done by projects and reflecting the result in the customer Tool BPM
- You'll be reporting and NW audits.
- Manage all incidents raised through the ticketing tool or on customer request if required
- Document new resolutions identified (MOP)
- Processing new orders received from the customer, ensure accuracy, quality and SLA is maintained for each order.
- On Call 24/7 approval once required
- Troubleshooter knowledge on all related to 2G/4G/5G technologies.
- Automation : Experience in Python, Bash/Unix scripting ,VBS

**You will bring**
- Communicate with CPM’s/End to end leads to ensure timely project deliverables
- Communicate with CM team and Optimization team for WO.
- PCR (work order from optimization) Implementations of activities related to 2G//4G/5G technologies
- Education: Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom)
- Experience: 2-5 years.
