Fms & Ra Analyst

**Role purpose**: Responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, implementing and testing finance & corporate security controls and KPIs.
Operate systems and implement KPIs enhancing operational excellence

**Key performance indicators**:

- Full implementation of Revenue Assurance and Fraud plans.
- 100% delivery of Revenue Assurance and Fraud projects as per agreed timelines, quality, and cost
- 100% on SLA-target for 3rd line Support escalated issues

**Core competencies, knowledge and experience**:

- Excellent Analytical skills.
- Excellent SQL & PL/SQL experience.
- Excellent communication skills
- Telecom experience is plus.
- Working under pressure.
- Fast learner.
- Self-dependent.
- Implementation of new KPIs targeting time to market.
- Creation of new services.
- Operating RA System (24/7)
- Automating solutions to enhance operational day to day
- Having creativity to initiate out of the box ideas targeting operational excellence.
- More than 2 years’ experience in IT domain.
- Good knowledge of IT development and technologies.
- Excellent technical & Analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written mainly in English.

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:

- B.SC of Computer science or Computer Engineering
- Software development background
