**Job Summary**: We’re looking for a highly motivated, driven and detail-oriented content creator to produce high-quality outputs for our business. The content creator identify new ways to reach customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Write, review, edit, and update content for company website, blogs, marketing materials, and similar platforms.
- Research industry-related topics.
- Manage various social media accounts, plan, and monitor the ongoing paid marketing campaigns on social media platforms.
- Use social media to engage consumers, respond to questions or complaints, and to promote company initiatives.
- Generate, edit, publish, and share content (original text, images, graphics, video, or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
- Day-to-day development of editorial content on social media platforms, including posts and discussion.
- Maintain a monthly social media calendar.
- Use social media monitoring tools to monitor conversations and report on metrics.
- Collaborate with internal departments to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems.
- Collaborate with the digital media team in brainstorming, delivering new ideas, new trends and concepts on social media channels.
- Researches and monitors the activity of company competitors.
- Utilizing SEO methods to increase traffic.

**Qualifications & Work **Experience**:

- 3+ years of documented experience as a Content Creator, or Copywriter
- Excellent writing skills in both English and Arabic
- University degree preferred in PR or Media.
- Previous experience in IT companies / Software industry is preferable
- Experience in digital marketing automation software (e.g., Agorapulse, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
- Impeccable spelling and grammar.
- Experience in digital marketing automation software.
- Familiarity with keyword placement and other SEO best practices.
- Good understanding of social media KPIs.
- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign is required.
- Knowledge of Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, or other media editing software is a plus.
