**Position Overview**:
The Patient care specialist manages inquiries and efficiently resolves patient complaints. The responsibilities include monitoring and maintaining a positive online reputation on platforms like Google and Trustpilot by promptly addressing and resolving negative reviews.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Conducting follow-up procedures to ensure effective communication and resolution of inquiries.
- Managing and addressing patient complaints promptly and professionally.
- Monitoring patient interactions and feedback on Google and Trustpilot platforms to maintain a positive online reputation.
- Addressing and resolving negative reviews to uphold the organization's image and
**Qualifications**:
- At least a diploma degree is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Strong communication skills,
- Very good problem-solving abilities and time management skills.
- Patience, and resilience.
- Fluency in 3 of the following languages (English or Russian or French)
- 6 Months of relevant experience.
