EESS, a leading provider of calibration and validation services, is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth for our calibration and validation services across various industries.

**Responsibilities**:
Manage and optimize daily operations of the calibration and validation departments.

Develop and implement operational procedures and protocols to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery.

Schedule calibration and validation activities, ensuring timely completion and meeting client deadlines.

Oversee a team of technicians, assigning tasks, providing training, and monitoring performance.

Maintain accurate records of equipment calibration and validation data.

Ensure the smooth operation and calibration of all testing equipment.

Manage inventory of calibration and validation materials and supplies.

Implement and maintain a robust quality management system (QMS).

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.

Identify and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining quality standards.

Liaise with sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Resolve any operational issues and ensure timely client communication.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for the calibration and validation processes.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field (preferred).

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in operations management, preferably within a calibration, validation, or testing laboratory environment.

Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing operational processes.

Strong understanding of calibration and validation principles.

Experience with quality management systems (ISO 9001) highly desirable.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
