As a Tenders & Contracts Administrator, you provide administration, analysis and implementation support to the Manager, Business Excellence and to the field based Sales teams covering all aspects of contracts and tender submissions.

**responsibilities**:

- Administering the tender process, ensuring that pre-qualifying questionnaires and completed, pricing approved and tender documentation submitted on time.
- Collating, filing and distributing tender and contract documentation to the relevant stakeholders and ensuring adherence to internal controls.
- Providing regular and adhoc reporting as required to support internal and external customers in the tendering process.
- Ensuring that all applicable databases are updated appropriately and the information input is accurate.
- Preparing for and participate in periodic reviews on tender and contract performance.
- Preferred previous experience in Tenders & Contracts role;
- Excellent skills and experience using a sales reporting platform
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word
- Excellent organizational skills are a must

**Salary**: E£5,000.00 - E£20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Heliopolis: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
