- The Head of Admissions directly reports to the Regional Head of Enrolments and BD - MENA and the Executive Head. The Admissions Officers and the Receptionists will be directly reporting to the Head of Admissions. The key focus of the role will be to work with the whole school to develop and to implement a growth strategy and tactical business development plan that ensures attraction, recruitment and retention of students.

This school is the first in the region to cater to students from 3 months up to 18 years with state-of-the-art facilities, including: a full football field, 400m athletic track, 25m 8 lane covered swimming pool with learner pool, indoor multi-purpose sports hall, outdoor multipurpose courts and a 522 seat Performing Arts theatre.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Set targets for self and each member of the department according to school budget requirements.
- Ensure that the team achieves the target growth and retention numbers in line with the annual budget.
- Work with the Senior Leadership Team in forecasting student enrolments to aid in planning of school needs and requirements.
- Produce regular reports regarding lead pipeline, lead movements and student enrolments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student data on iSAMS, and the admissions register.
- Develop, execute and regularly monitor admissions and retention plans.
- Work with the Marketing Department to provide input on lead generation activities according to current trends in the local market.
- Manage, plan, execute and evaluate Parent Information Events, Open Days and other admissions events, including the co-ordination of the input of members of staff from across the school (this may include evenings and weekends).
- Liaise with the Head of Schools and Head of Years in arranging transition meetings for parents of current students and new starters as part of retention strategies.
- Oversee the arrival, orientation and welcome into School, of new parents and students, including providing new parents with all the information (handbooks, uniform lists, fee information etc) that they require prior to their child joining the school.
- Ensure that all relevant internal staff are informed when a pupil joins, or leaves, the school.
- Maintain up-to-date records of students who are leaving, ensuring the necessary pupil data is forwarded to the relevant parties whenever a pupil leaves the school to attend an alternative institution..
- Train members of the team to ensure up to date knowledge of CRM, ISAMS and JDE.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE**:
- Master’s degree in business administration or any other equivalent qualification with 5-7 years of relevant experience (equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for educational requirements).
- 2 to 3 years of experience of working in a British Curriculum School or education institution.
- Working knowledge of iSAMS.
- An understanding of the UK educational system, including National Curriculum and 11+ exams.
- Sufficient numeracy to deal with statistical data.
- Basic understanding of Marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience working in a Google environment pre
