**ABOUT THE JOB**
Serverhub is looking for a passionate and competitive **Sales Executive **to help us build up our business activities.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Generate new business leads from small to large business accounts and facilitate the maximum number of sales and revenue
- Achieve and consistently exceed pipeline and meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and long-term sales goals in the areas of groups ticket sales and achieve sales targets by converting free trials, marketing-qualified leads, or demo requests into paid customers
- Prospecting, qualifying leads, setting face-to-face/virtual appointments with decision-makers, and performing customer presentations.
- Setting sales goals, developing strategies, and responsible for re-establishing our relationship with past group buyers and building relationships with new clients.
- Master the product and handles customer questions, inquiries, and complaints related to sales by providing excellent customer care and quality service to our customers.
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals and managing the sales process through specific software programs
- Participating in sales-related team meetings and working within a team environment to achieve common goals.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's Degree or 3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in all sales cycles, from converting net new prospects to growing and retaining existing customers
- 3+ years of SaaS/ IaaS sales cycle experience
- Excellent customer service, communication, interpersonal skills, and presentation skills.
- Capable of taking on multiple projects, assignments, and group events with exceptional results
- Good negotiation problem-solving skills and a passion for work.
