LXT is an emerging leader in the provision of AI training data to power intelligent technology for global organizations, including the largest technology companies in the world. We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our office in Egypt, to be responsible for delivering pilot projects on time within budget, scope, and desired quality standards. The Project Manager should have a background in business operations, project management, budgeting, and analysis. Adding that the Project Manager should be skilled at getting the best out of the people and projects that they oversee, thrives when planning projects and working with project teams, helps in implementing processes and improving existing ones, as well as creating necessary SOPs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate internal resources and contractors for the flawless execution of pilot projects
- Lead and supervise projects with the most efficiency and to assure the highest quality and productivity of the team
- Meet delivery deadlines with high quality
- Support multiple, ongoing foreign and native language transcription/annotation management projects from inception, quotation, execution, and delivery
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget
- Ensure resources’ availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan and track progress
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Issue all projects’ invoices and payments
- Manage the relationship with all internal and external stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with contractors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience with 3 years as a Project Manager, ideally in IoT, Big Data, Machine Learning, or similar environment/domain. Other domains with fast paced operational environment to be considered as well, such as e-commerce
- Experienced in project finances and effective budgeting
- Ability to function productively and proactively in a fast-moving environment
- Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity while ensuring that challenging delivery timelines are met
- Proven ability to juggle multiple pilot projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail and quality
- Knowledge of performance metrics
- Solid experience in Microsoft Project or similar project management tools
- High proficiency in using G-suite and MS Office especially Excel and spreadsheets
- Ability to enforce created processes and SOPs effectively
- Strong ability to analyze problems and predict possible risks with the ability to come up with the most suitable solutions to mitigate risks and maneuvers to avoid them
- The capability of developing effective reporting that would include (Project finances, capacity, failures, root cause analysis, corrective actions & their direct/indirect impact)
- Strong Problem-solving skills
- Knowledge in developing scripts for spreadsheets automation and optimization
- Working knowledge of Lean/6 sigma and/or similar continuous improvement methodology
- PMI-PMP or PMI-ACP is a plus
