Codeigniter Developer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to our coding standards.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to translate software requirements into practical solutions.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing, release, and support phases.
- Conduct code reviews and testing, identifying and debugging issues as needed.
- Oversee the integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.
- Develop and maintain documentation for software functionality and changes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and data structures.
- Proficiency in CodeIgniter, Laravel, PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with databases, data modeling, and optimizing large datasets.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), continuous integration, and deployment strategies.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical team members.
- Previous experience in a leadership or mentorship role within a development team is a plus.
