**Job Requirements**
- Provide data analytics support for portfolio segmentation and analytics activities.
- Support Client with running monthly analysis of their portfolio.
- Update the segmentation report of the portfolio analysis.
- Measure campaign impact and prepare insight reports on campaign result.
- Support ad-hoc analytics requirements as needed by the portfolio manager.
- Actively and efficiently liaise with product and account management functions with feedback.
- Drive initiatives across relevant portfolio metrics and key performance indicators
- Experience in coordinating teams and clients
- Assign and monitor resources effectively to boost efficiency and maximize deliverables output
- Ensure that all aspects of a project are organized and in conformance with the timeline and deliverables requirement

**Preferred Requirements**
- Experience in analytics, ideally in the payment industry

Technical proficiency with tools including Excel, Power Query, Power BI. (SAS & python is a plus)

Knowledge of tableau reporting software

Capability to represent quantitative analysis to support decision making.
- Experience to communicate and interact with senior stakeholders for periodic update
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Graduate or master’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science certifications or Statistics.
- 10+years of experience in IT or Financial Services
Should be a key contributor to the success of projects through their expertise and understanding of domain.
