**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase product awareness and revenue
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns across various channels
Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities
Create and manage marketing budgets while delivering measurable results
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing programs, making recommendations for improvements as necessary
Develop materials such as presentations, collateral, and proposals to support sales and marketing efforts
Manage and update the company’s website and social media profiles to maintain a positive online presence
Evaluate and report on the success of marketing initiatives to management and stakeholders
Create and develop marketing publications, giveaways and printed material
Open channels with sponsors and finding collaboration areas
JOB COMPETENCIES
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management and analytical skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is a huge plus
At least 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2C environment
Solid understanding of marketing principles and techniques, including digital marketing, content marketing, and lead generation
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
