Sct Manager

**Responsibilities**:
**Operations**:

- Cooperate with on ground operations team to ensure the services are rendered up to principal’s satisfaction
- Ensure operations are done efficiently in accordance to business plan and objectives for operations team
- Ensure all pre-arrival documents are in order and no remarkable variance between PDA and SCA estimation
- Ensure excellent communication with all internal and external parties
- Report on operations status and updates for Principal / Shippers/ Consignees and other stakeholders as relevant
- Relay requirements from Principal/ shipper/ consignee to boarding team
- Ensure effective control of operational cost
- Ensure excellent handling and control of rebate files
- Approve initial custodies, ships expenses and review FDAs related to SCT
- Follow up remittances and ensure excellent relations with banks

**Commercial**:

- Increase client base & develop SCT business
- Retain current clients through keeping profound and strategic relations with them
- Grow business portfolio with existing clients, SCT, protective agency, )
- Review FDA and approve ship expenses under his management
- Provide data to accounting team to issue the financial reports
- Propose services pricing and any special arrangements in coordination with the MD
- Update company IT platform (IST) with all operational records
- Maintain good relationship with principals, authorities and suppliers
- Ensure excellent communication with all internal and external parties
- Prepare reports on operations for management

**Qualifications**:

- 15+ years of relevant experience
- Prior experience in Logistics/ shipping agencies
- Bachelor Degree (Preferably in Logistics)
