**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a photo editor or similar role.
- Proficiency in photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or equivalent.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in photo editing and retouching.
- Excellent eye for detail and color, along with a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Knowledge of photography techniques and equipment is a plus.
