This is an exciting opportunity where, as Tender Analyst you will be supporting assigned sales departments, providing comprehensive management of tender offering and processing. For this role you will be expected to be located in Cairo, Egypt. Scope: Emerging Africa

**A Day in the Life**
- Tender managements: constantly manage the tender submission process: format, approvals, timing and deadlines, completeness, consistency and compliance with all requirements.
- Preparing complex tender offers in coordination with cross functional teams.
- administration, Bid/Performance Bond, technical and financial part)
- Checking all documents (setting up correct formats, content lists for subfolders, double checking all requested documents are ready for submission, abiding by local tender and competition law, internal policies, and compliance, etc.)
- Supporting in setting up and organizing tender folders with all documents according to customer specifications and manage SharePoint archiving.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and local legislation
- Supporting of other Emerging markets (served via distributors through pricing operation activities such as price list management, price increase initiativesetc,)

**Must Haves**
- Relevant (min. 2 year) tender management experience, gained preferably in healthcare sector
- Knowledge (both theoretical and practical) of Public Procurement Law
- University degree (preferred law or contracts related discipline)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good English (both spoken and written), min. B1
- Accuracy and attention to details
- Honesty and ethical approach
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to plan and prioritization to meet challenging tender requirements/deadlines
- Commitment and self-motivation, ability to work independently
- Team player with a positive attitude

**Nice to Haves**
- Postgraduate studies, Public Procurement Law (strong advantage)
