Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor in Wood or furniture industry specially in closets worked before in it to join our team. The Production Supervisor will oversee the manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate production team activities
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
- Train new employees on production procedures and equipment operation
- Develop and implement production schedules and workflows
- Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate production records and reports
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety guidelines
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
- Problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or relevant field preferred
