Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor

**The Role**:
**What You'll Do**:
Responsible for supporting activities, which may include:

- Development of Statements of Requirements (SORs) and managing projects for tools, workstations, or specific technologies.
- Contributing to larger projects or initiatives.
- Defining manufacturing processes.
- Planning and sequencing operations.
- Ensuring human factors and ergonomic considerations are integrated.
- Optimizing material flow for efficiency.
- Overseeing the design, construction, integration, installation, and successful launch of equipment and tools, as well as driving continuous improvement efforts to maintain high-quality output.
- Providing technical direction and monitoring external vendor performance.

Knowlege and Experience:

- Min 5 years of experience.
- Preferred automotive background.
- Project management is a plus
