STEM Aspire is a female mentorship program connecting students to mentors within Dell Technologies. Its aim is to encourage and empower enthusiastic students studying STEM-based degrees to have rewarding careers in the technology sector. Potential areas include Computer Science, Software Engineering, Presales or related fields.

**Benefits**

**Do I qualify?**

As a female studying a STEM course in 2nd Year and 3rd year education, you qualify for the program

**How do I sign up?**

Upload your **CV,** covering the areas below:

- Your name, college, and major.
- What area of technology you are most interested in.
- Why are you interested in a mentoring program with Dell Technologies?

Successful applicants will receive a link to complete a short video interview (e.g., describe yourself, your interests, your college course, etc.)

**What is expected from me?**
- Engagement with your mentor once a month (virtually)
- Participation in events run by the program (onsite opening ceremony, 3 webinars ''Build your career, Get to Know Dell Tech opportunities'' and the Design thinking'' and the closing ceremony)

You will also be having a mentorship program Once monthly as mentioned above to attend for 6 months from February to July 2023
