**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content for marketing, social media, websites, and presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, marketers, and content creators, to deliver cohesive and impactful visual stories.
- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished video montages, ensuring a smooth and professional final product.
- Develop engaging visual content that aligns with brand guidelines and meets project objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques to enhance the visual quality of projects.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high standards of design and animation quality.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in motion graphic design and video montage.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Experience with video editing and montage creation, including sound editing and color correction.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- A portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, animation, and video montage work is required.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with motion tracking, compositing, and special effects.
- Experience working in an agency or fast-paced creative environment.
