- Develop and implement cashier procedures and policies.
- Ensure compliance with cash handling and security protocols.
- Monitor daily cash flow and reconcile cash drawers.
- Manage inventory of cash registers, supplies, and equipment.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Train and motivate cashiers to provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure that cashier areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in cash handling and POS systems.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
