1. Study the project documents thoroughly (drawings, specs, BOQ...etc.) to determine the needed manpower, materials and equipment in coordination with the Project Management.

2. Attend kickoff meetings with the consultant and the client to discuss the project requirements and construction plan.

3. Participate in setting budget zero of the projects.

4. Send the needed resources plan to the concerned departments to start the mobilization and take the necessary actions based on their responses.

5. Set all the policies and procedures of the warehouse regarding the materials and equipment used throughout the project in coordination with the department.

6. Delegate tasks to the team and oversee their performance to provide them with the needed support and feedbacks when needed.

7. Follow up the delivery of urgent materials and equipment with the Purchasing Department

8. Prepare an evaluation for the subcontractors’ performance to avoid dealing with inefficient ones.

9. Set an action plan to deal with the results of delays, bad weather or any emergency at the construction site in coordination with the Project Manager.

10. Attend a weekly meeting with the Planning Department to set the effective & updated project time schedule based on construction activities in order to take the necessary action

11. Attend weekly meeting with the client and consultant to discuss the project’s progress and resolve any issues.

12. Coordinate with the Quality Control and Technical Office the procedures related to delivering the project to the consultant.

13. Prepare detailed reports regarding the activities performed by the Subcontractors according to the contract conditions to be sent to the Technical Office to prepare the invoices.

**Skills**:

- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- 10 - 12 Years of experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point).
- Excellent Command of Arabic & English language skills.
- AutoCAD
- e Infrastructure Experience is a must**Education**:
