IT Trainer

The role involves significant travel across **GCC countries**, providing training sessions to diverse clients, and contributing to the professional development of IT teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Delivery**:

- Design, develop, and deliver high-quality training sessions on:

- Microsoft Azure
- M365
- Microsoft Dynamics
- Microsoft Power Platform
- Data and AI
- Deliver training on **AWS**, **AI**, and **advanced Power Platform** as needed.
- Customize training modules based on the audience's knowledge level and organizational needs.
- **Participant Engagement**:

- Foster an interactive and engaging learning environment.
- Utilize modern training methodologies and tools to enhance participant understanding.
- Collect and analyze participant feedback to refine training delivery.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Prepare training materials, manuals, and guides.
- Document and report training outcomes, including participant assessments and evaluations.
- Submit official training session feedback and references for quality assurance.
- **Collaboration and Travel**:

- Work closely with client teams to identify training needs.
- Travel across **GCC countries** to deliver on-site training sessions.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay updated with advancements in Microsoft and other relevant IT platforms.
- Obtain certifications for additional technologies as required.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- **Certification**:

- Mandatory**:Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT)** certification.
- Desirable: Certifications in AWS, AI, and Power Platform.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum **3 years of IT training experience**.
- Proven track record of conducting professional training sessions, supported by feedback and references.
