**Recruitment Specialist (Blue Collar)**:
**Overview**

Job Description and responsibilities:

- A Recruiter is a professional responsible for finding potential employees for the company they are employed by.
- source and reach out to talent and ensure they’re a good fit for the company. In addition, they can help potential employees negotiate and even follow up after being hired to ensure things are going well.
- Create and publish job ads in various portals
- Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media
- Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria

Job requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- From 1 up to 3 years of experience in recruitment field ( blue collar is a **MUST**).
- Ability to work with under extreme uncertainty and deal with tight deadlines
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like Facebook, LinkedIn, google websitesetc.
- good up to V.good English level
- Strong sourcing and networking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Location : Mokatam
