- Act as the day-to-day operational manager for any design managers or other design management resource deployed to projects.
- You will be responsible for leading the delivery of design management to deliver key strategic outcomes & sub-function KPIs, directly influencing strategic development.
- You will be the main point of contact for client design issues, ensuring relationships are managed and maintained.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Assist in developing and documenting the MEP design standards for the client.
- Engage with the client's internal stakeholders to gather input data for MEP design standards.
- Assist in liaising with local authorities to ensure the MEP design standards comply with the latest codes and regulations.
- Assist in developing a project benchmarking database.
- Assist in reviewing existing projects compliance with the MEP design standards.
- Engage with design consultants to ensure design standards are understood and incorporated.
- Drive the project delivery teams in ensuring the design standards and design intent is defined and maintained during from inception to delivery.
- Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships at all levels for the delivery of the MEP, sustainability, digital design, and innovation.
- Assist the Design department COE in identifying strategies improvements for the effective delivery projects from inception to handover including engineering consultants, contractors, and specialist suppliers.
- Record all stakeholder and project feedback regarding MEP to ensure the consistent evolution of the MEP design standards.
- Conduct evaluation of completed projects to establish whether the objectives were achieved and consolidate the information to ensure future project do not experience and shortfall that may have arisen.
- Conduct market research and product evaluation to ensure Design department COE are industry leaders.
- Assist in promoting any advances or new technologies with internal stakeholder.
- Ensure compliance with the Client's Code of Conduct, Departmental policies and HC Policies and Procedures at all times.
- Be the advocate and ambassador of aligning and cascading the client's values.
