Embedded Software Engineer

- **Job Purpose**:
**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
Work with multi-disciplinary engineering teams to understand functional requirements and implement appropriate software solutions
- Develop models for control and diagnostic algorithms using MBD tools (eg, MATLAB/Simulink/State flow, Lab VIEW or others )
- Deliver the required features and functional content to our customers
- Identifying the requirements based on the product inputs and performing the whole design process
- Lead the cybersecurity analysis of the solutions in scope

**Job Skills and Abilities**:

- C/C++ programming experience
- Must have good Model Based Design skills using Simulink/State flow tool
- Experience in UML concepts would be plus
- Use case diagram
- Timing Diagram
- Sequence Diagram
- State Diagram
- Knowledge in architecture design with HMI features
- Knowledge in HMI design techniques would be plus
- HMI Display Design techniques
- Different Type of Display
- Pictogram Management
- Exposure to Model In Loop (MIL), Software In Loop (SIL), Processor In Loop (PIL), Hardware In Loop(HIL), Driver In Loop (DIL) validation
- Good experience in Version Management tools (GIT, SVN ) and JIRA Bug triage tools
- Exposure to Cyber Security

**Qualifications**:

- BSc of Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 3 - 5 years of experience in Automotive embedded software development, defining system requirements and delivering algorithms
