لمى تبحث عن مدير مساعد في الحسابات والضرائب مخصص ومتعدد الاستخدامات الذي يقدم الدعم لقسم الحسابات ويتأكد من تحديث التقارير المالية والامتثال للمعايير.
**المهام والمسؤوليات**
- تنسيق وإدارة تفاصيل الدفع والفواتير لمزودي الخدمات الخارجيين والمقاولين والباعة.
- حسابات الدفع / الحسابات الدائنة وإدارة الدفاتر اليومية.
- وصول النقدية.
- دفتر اليومية.
- الرواتب والخدمات المرافق.
- الخزينة والميزانية وتقارير الربح والخسارة.
- التنبؤ بالسيولة النقدية وصيانة النقد اليومية.
- تحليل اختلاف الإيرادات والنفقات.
- تسوية الأصول الرأسمالية.
- إغلاق الحسابات الشهرية.
- تقديم الإقرارات الضريبية في الوقت المناسب (ضريبة المبيعات، ضريبة الدخل، الضريبة الموقوفة).
- إعداد تقارير الإقرار الضريبي ، مع ضمان الامتثال للأنظمة واللوائح الحكومية.
- حساب الضرائب والمصالحات ومعالجة الاختلافات في البيانات.
- المساعدة في تقديم إقرار الهيئة العامة للسوق المالية ، مع ضمان الدقة والامتثال للمواعيد النهائية.
- مراقبة التغييرات في قوانين الضرائب وتنفيذ التغييرات المطلوبة.
- استراتيجيات التخطيط الضريبي للتحسين والامتثال.
**المتطلبات الدنيا**
- درجة البكالوريوس / الماجستير من كلية أو جامعة معتمدة بدلالة الدروس الرئيسية في مجال المحاسبة التجارية أو البنوك والتمويل أو مجال ذي صلة يوضح القدرة على المعرفة المطلوبة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 2 إلى 3 سنوات ذات صلة في إدارة الحسابات.
- معرفة أفضل الممارسات المتعلقة بالمجال.
- القدرة على مواكبة اتجاهات وابتكارات صناعة البرمجيات.
- مهارات التواصل الشخصية والتواصل الاستثنائية.
