Join our dynamic team as a Remote Real Estate Acquisition Cold Caller, where you'll play a pivotal role in identifying and acquiring real estate properties across the United States. As a key member of our remote sales team, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to property owners, engaging them in meaningful conversations, and persuading them to sell their properties to our company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound cold calls to property owners across the United States.
- Build rapport and establish relationships with property owners to understand their motivations for selling.
- Educate property owners about the benefits of selling their properties to our company.
- Negotiate purchase agreements and terms with property owners.
- Collaborate with the acquisitions team to qualify leads and assess property value.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and leads in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly acquisition targets.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in outbound sales or cold calling, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Excellent English and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle objections effectively.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a track record of achieving sales goals.
- Ability to work independently and remotely with mínimal supervision.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Flexibility to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones across the United States.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: E£6,335.01 - E£7,896.00 per month
