ChipIgnite is Efabless’ innovative program designed to lower the barrier of entry for creating custom silicon. It provides a streamlined path for turning ideas into physical silicon, offering free chip design, manufacturing, and packaging for select projects.

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Design, implement, and optimize TinyML models tailored for microcontrollers and small SoCs.
- Create and curate datasets for training, validation, and testing, ensuring data quality and relevance.
- Deploy and test models on microcontrollers and embedded platforms, fine-tuning for optimal performance under resource constraints.

**Requirements**:

- Strong expertise in TinyML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow Lite for Microcontrollers, Edge Impulse) and optimization techniques.
- Proven experience working with microcontrollers, embedded systems, and small SoCs.
- Familiarity with low-power systems and strategies for energy-efficient AI deployment.
- Proficiency in Python and C/C++ for embedded systems programming.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Hands-on experience with model quantization, pruning, and other model compression methods.
- Familiarity with edge AI hardware and accelerator technologies (e.g., ARM U55).
- Knowledge of performance profiling and benchmarking tools for embedded AI systems.
