**Qualifications** What Do We Request?**
- Minimum 9 months of work experience in the Dispatch team.
- Advanced MS Excel Skills & Google Apps.
- Bachelor’s degree is a must.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English Language.

- Ownership in driving process alignment and creation of workarounds
- Achieve our targets by driving the team’s mindset towards the company’s values and strategy
- Regular coachings to the team to deliver world-class experience to our customers and riders
- Managing conflicts and negative behaviours in a constructive way
- Ensure maximum support to logistics teams in all countries and process alignment and improvement
- Finding ad-hoc solutions when it comes to the handling of business critical situations (force majeure, shortage of drivers, technical issues, etc.)
- Team skills development and growth plans
