Job Posting:
RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

- Coordinate with Kontoor sourcing team and provide onsite technical knowhow supports to our laundry vendors.
- Provide and educate to follow-up our set SOP for vendors to execute bulk production.
- Educate vendors on approval submission procedure and onsite approvals (Shade -Band / FWL)
- Set-up and maintain the library of standards (V Codes, Targets, etc. ) and approved submission records.
- Support and coordinate with manage to carry out new Vendor (Laundry) evaluation (technical) and monitor the performance.
- Laundry inline inspection on product as well as process audit on wet and dry process.
- Involve and supports requested projects assign by manager and complete timely manner.
- Provide a training to vendor on fabric complaint procedure and verify fabric quality complaints from vendors and coordinate with Fabric QA.
- Monitor vendor maintenance record on sample evaluate facility (including light box/ light room & spectrophotometer calibration) and equipment.

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and /or abilities required for the individual to be successful in this position.
- Minimum 7 years technical experiences in garment wet and dry processing and proven ability to give technical advice and communicate with factories effectively and trouble shooting skills. Hand
- on working experience in Denim Laundry.
- Good understanding of technical aspects/ production/systems and overall factory/product compliance parameters and knowledge about the entire wet and dry processing & Quality process as well as new Techniques in terms of wet and dry process.
- Knowledge in Fabric parameters and characteristics /laboratory testing, product inspection and factory (Laundry) evaluation.
- Spoken and written English skills.
- Flexibility of traveling within country and outside upon request

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Degree Held: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, or Higher Certificate / Diploma in têxtile

Subject Expert In: Wet Process.
