**Purpose of the job**
- Leading Siebel CRM solutions Design & Development, ensuring they meet the business needs of the organization.
**Duties and responsibilities**
- ** Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and document system specifications.**:
- ** Conduct user training and prepare user documentation to ensure effective adoption and efficient use of Siebel CRM across the organization.**:
- ** Proven experience in Siebel CRM implementation, configuration, and customization.**:
- ** Proficiency in Siebel tools such as Siebel Tools, EAl, Scripting, Workflows, and Business Services.**:
- ** Strong understanding of CRM business processes (sales, service, marketing, etc.) and the ability to customize Siebel CRM to support these processes.**:
- ** Experience with Siebel integration technologies (e.g., Web Services, EAl, SOAP, REST APls), and middleware platforms.**:
- ** Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a complex environment.**:
- ** Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective CRM solutions**
**Job specification**
**Education**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Master of Business Administration is a plus.
**Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or computer science or relevant field.
**Skills and Abilities**:
- 8+ years of Siebel CRM development experience.
- Preferred 17+ Siebel version.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and document system specifications.
- Conduct user training and prepare user documentation to ensure effective adoption and efficient use of Siebel CRM across the organization.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across the CRM system, including managing records, user access, and security profiles.
- Proven experience in Siebel CRM implementation, configuration, and customization.
- Proficiency in Siebel tools such as Siebel Tools, EAl, Scripting, Workflows, and Business Services.
- Strong understanding of CRM business processes (sales, service, marketing, etc.) and the ability to customize Siebel CRM to support these processes.
