**AR & FA Supervisor**

**What will you do - Responsibilities**:

- Receiving and processing daily sales invoices.
- Prepare AR Position reports & Aging analysis.
- Daily review the Credit limit for each customer before shipping.
- Review the advance cash collection if there in our bank accounts.
- Prepare all collection sales accounting entries.
- Preparing all royalties accounting entries Reviewing all royalties invoices before submission to the customers.
- Prepare weekly Excel reports for overdue invoices related to AR & Royalty.
- Manage all FZ Fixed assets register (addition, depreciation..etc )
- Review and settle FZ Expenses & permanent petty cash floats.
- Preparing monthly closing procedures to ensure accurate Sales, AR & FA balances.
- Monthly Confirming IC-AR & PIS balances by using SAP and Non SAP report.
- Meet the deadline for monthly and Quarterly reports sent to HQ.
- Preparing Quarterly Entry for Revenue Recognition Standard for sales and COGS to meet IFRS requirements.

**Whom are we looking for - Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- 8 years of experience in a similar job is recommended.
- Good English. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs.
- Knowledge of SAP
