Finance Manager

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Financial Planning & Budgeting**:

- Lead the **annual budgeting process**, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic initiatives.
- Develop **financial forecasts** and models to assess company performance and provide actionable insights.
- Monitor and analyze **budget variances**, recommending corrective actions to optimize financial performance.

**Financial Reporting & Analysis**:

- Prepare and present **financial statements, management reports, and KPIs** to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with **International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local regulations**.
- Conduct **financial analysis** to support decision-making on investments, cost-saving initiatives, and revenue growth opportunities.

**Cost Control & Profitability Management**:

- Implement **cost-control measures** across all departments to enhance profitability and efficiency.
- Monitor **cost of goods sold (COGS), operating expenses, and overheads** to improve cost structure.
- Conduct **profitability analysis by product, region, and channel** to support commercial strategies.

**Cash Flow & Treasury Management**:

- Manage **cash flow projections** and ensure sufficient liquidity for operational and strategic needs.
- Oversee **working capital management**, optimizing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with banks and financial institutions to secure funding, manage loans, and optimize interest rates.

**Taxation & Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with **local tax laws, VAT regulations, and corporate tax filings**.
- Work closely with external auditors and tax advisors to manage audits and financial reviews.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure adherence to **corporate governance standards**.

**ERP & SAP Financial Systems Management**:

- **SAP expertise is mandatory**—oversee the implementation, optimization, and utilization of SAP for financial reporting and efficiency.
- Ensure the **accuracy and integrity of financial data** through proper system controls and reconciliations.
- Automate financial processes using **SAP modules (FI/CO)** to improve reporting speed and reduce manual errors.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- **With Operations & Supply Chain**: Align financial planning with production costs and inventory management.
- **With Sales & Marketing**: Provide financial insights on pricing strategies, promotions, and sales performance.
- **With HR**: Oversee payroll budgeting, compensation analysis, and financial impact assessments.

**Risk Management & Internal Controls**:

- Identify **financial risks** and implement internal controls to mitigate exposure.
- Ensure proper **financial policies and procedures** are in place to prevent fraud and mismanagement.
- Conduct periodic **financial audits and internal control assessments** to strengthen financial integrity.

**Business Growth & Investment Strategies**:

- Support the evaluation of **new business opportunities, expansions, and capital investments**.
- Conduct **financial feasibility studies** and ROI analysis for major projects.
- Provide strategic recommendations to enhance the company’s **financial stability and long-term growth**.

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. **CPA, CMA, or MBA is preferred.**:

- **10+ years** of experience in **financial management, accounting, and business strategy** within FMCG or manufacturing.
- **SAP ERP expertise is mandatory** (FI/CO modules preferred).
- Strong knowledge of **IFRS, taxation, financial regulations, and compliance standards**.
- Proficiency in **financial modeling, cost control, and advanced Excel**.
- Excellent **leadership, analytical, and strategic decision-making skills**.

**Experience**:

- Food Manufacturing: 5 years (required)
