Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Spanish Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our Spanish-speaking clientele. Whether it's assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, or promoting our products/services, you will play a key role in representing our brand to a diverse audience.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints.

Educate customers about our products/services and help them make informed purchasing decisions.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.

Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.

Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.

**Requirements**:
Excellent proficiency in written and spoken Spanish.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure.

Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing priorities.

Previous experience in customer service, or a related field is a plus.

Familiarity with CRM software or other relevant tools is advantageous.

Pay: From E£16,000.00 per month
